evanpelle 8192fe1cfe fix cloudflare tunnels (#1076)
The Server didn't have correct permissions to create the directory for
the cloudflare config. Have docker do it instead. Also the credentials
file key was incorrect.

evanpelle 585e3a945b have master create tunnels for all workers #780 (#1042)
## Description:
We want to move away from using nginx to cloudflare to route among
workers. This will simplify the nginx config, move routing computation
off the server, and make it easier to implement a multi-host
architecture.

The worker tunnels are not currently used.

I also moved the tunnel creation from startup.sh to Server. The shell
script was getting too complex.

1brucben fa1ed7c653 attack meta changes (#742)
## Description: 
Full changes for the attack meta for v23. These include changes to
attack losses and speed both in general and in relation with defense
posts and fallout. Max population, population growth, and gold
generation are also adjusted. Troops and attack boats sent now count
within max pop. Deployed at attackmeta.openfront.dev

Léo Kosman 1b286f5518 Feat : Auto remove embargoes that were automatically created (#707)
## Description:

Adds two fields to an Embargo : 
- `createdAt` : the tick at which it was created
- `willExpire` : whether the embargo will expire on its own

An embargo will remove itself only if the player didn't intentionally
set it. It expires either when an alliance is made, or if enough time
has passed (according to the `embargoDuration` config entry).

I put 5 minutes for `embargoDuration` by default, which seems reasonable
to me.

evanpelle 0dc68ced31 Add pause button when replaying (#726)
## Description:

This PR does two things:

1. Allow pausing on replay
2. As part of the refactoring, in singleplayer games, LocalServer now
waits for the last turn to complete execution before sending the next
turn. Previously, low end devices would sometimes fall behind getting
the "playing the past" bug where commands were delayed. Now when a
devices cannot keep up, the entire game slows down.

DevelopingTom 890972cb0c Add checkered colors for defended borders (#691)
## Description:

The borders near a defense post are currently colored differently, but
too discreetly for the user.

I suggest coloring them with a checkerboard pattern.

Scott Anderson 5167f67b96 Allow up to seven teams for players (#445)
## Description:

- Allow up to seven teams for players, and one for bots.
- Add team count selection to the single player dialog.
- Select random number of teams in server rotation.

Readixyee 0891637eb2 MissileSilo cooldown (#309)
changed the sam cooldown to be a general cooldown function and added a
missilesilo cooldown

The function either adds the current tick as the starting point of the
cooldown or sets the cooldown to null and updates the unit. That way
getcooldown function can be used to get back the tick the cooldown was
started and can be compared to the cooldown set in the config.

changed the sam test / added a missilesilo test

tropptr-torrptrop 72016f3dd4 Focused player border highlight (#304)
Tried to implement feature to outline player under mouse cursor.
Intention is to improve gameplay and provide a way to estimate players
territories for strategic planning / avoid attacking wrong players with
confusingly similar colors.

When you stop cursor at the player - his borders will be drawn in white
color.
To focus on other player - click or move cursor to other player. 
To hide outline - click on empty space (water, land). 
"Focus" UI feature also triggers outline for the target player (easier
to see who exactly is that you are looking at).

Done via getting player under mouse cursor, setting it as global
focusedPlayer and painting borders in white color.
Tried to maintain minimal changes and utilize existing rendering queue.
Also added hover delays to avoid excessive redraws and provide better
experience. Redraws only happens when focusedPlayer changes - one time
for old focused player to clean outline and one time for new focused
player.

Ilan Schemoul 849d612314 increase shell lifetime to 1s after death of target (#354)
TITLE IS WRONG I meant 2s not 1s

Problem: two warship fight each other, if one back off he won't be hit
by the ennemy at all. he'll kill other warship, then all shells
dissapear so 0% damage are received. It's OP and unfair.
Solution: make warship's shells last 2s after its death so even if one
warship backs off he'll eventually receive some damages. 2s is enough to
get between 250-750 HP loss

Ilan Schemoul 2dd0c56583 fix: lobby were twice as long because of dynamic timer (#252)
We previously had a system where lobbyLifetime = gameCreationRate * 2
It was to always have one lobby ready.
With dynamic timer (start if enough player or timer's over) we cannot
rely on this system (which used setInterval) so we have one lobby and
check every 100ms if we need to create another lobby.
Might add 100ms+time of creating a lobby ms latency. Which is fine I
guess.
