## Description: The alliance icon was appearing squished in the radial menu because the SVG was being forced into a 32x32 square without proper aspect ratio preservation. Change: Added `viewBox="0 0 834 528"` and `preserveAspectRatio="xMidYMid meet"` to the SVG element, which maintains the original aspect ratio (1.58:1) when scaled to fit the allocated space.
