Aotumuri c9d9a32922 Update Help Modal description following SAM RNG removal in #2665 (#2692 )

## Description:

Updates the help modal text to reflect the removal of SAM RNG in #2665.

and I've added it to the en.json file
- [x] I have added relevant tests to the test directory
