Scott Anderson 2dad1dc9a6 Record MIRV warhead intercepted stats, perf improvements (#1220 )

## Description:

- Record MIRV warhead intercepted stats.
- Refactor `nearbyUnits()` to accept a predicate, and combine related
unnecessary `filter()` and `map()` calls.
