Update maps Los Angeles & Dyslexdria (#3809)

## Description:
Removed single pixel line from the bottom of LA map.
Added L.A.X. nation to LA map.
Removed USSR flags from Dyslexdria (originally imported from giant world
map). Left USSR flag on 'Rusha' only.
