Add the Lisbon Map and Credit Copernicus DEM (#2545)

## Description:

Adds a map based on Lisbon and the surrounding area. Also credits the
ESA's Copernicus Digital Elevation Model, which was used to create this
map and the Gulf of St. Lawrence map.
