Cleanup unused deployment secrets & args (#2698)

## Description:

* Remove unused otel creds
* Remove unused R2 creds
* remove left-over BASIC_AUTH
* Generate an admin token on startup
* Removed kick_player since lobby creators already have ability to kick
player
